The Holden Dealer Team (HDT) VK SS Group A Commodore, affectionately nicknamed the Blue Meanie, is a legendary Australian muscle car produced in 1985 to homologate Holdens touring car racing entry. Only 500 units were produced, defining a high-performance era in Australian motoring.
Build number 216 is an exceptional example and looks as good if not better in the flesh than the photos. This one ticks all the boxes with genuine 51039 Kms, logbooks to verify, still retaining allot of its original factory markings to the underside of the car as well as original wiring loom tags clear and visible, extensive ownership history, original books and HDT verification. Hard to believe but this car is very original and only had 2 registered owners in its history. Delivered by Tony Packard Motor Company it is only 1 of 3 delivered from this dealership in NSW. The car was placed into storage from 2003 to 2017. In the last 2 months the car has had its full service, fuel and fuel pump, spark plugs all changed.
